The required fields are marked with a red asterisk. When you are finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Submit." The next screen, the confirmation page, includes a PayPal button which allows you to make the appropriate entry fee payment with a credit card or your PayPal account.

If you prefer to make payment by check, you must go to the PDF Forms tab and download, print and complete the registration form, and mail the form with your check to the address provided.
